During business hours (9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri) you can chat with us online - this is usually the quickest and easiest way to get in touch, and is the best option for urgent queries. There's a button at the bottom of the screen that will open a live chat.
Submit a ticket
Click the link at the top of the page to create a support ticket. We aim to respond to these within 12 hours (except at weekends) although at busy times this may take longer.
Send your question to firstname.lastname@example.org - like the support ticket option above we will try to get back to you within 12 hours. Try to include as much information as you can, such as your order number or printer model number, so we can give you the most relevant answer as quickly as possible.
Please don't reply to automated emails (order or shipping confirmation, newsletters, marketing messages etc) as the addresses that these come from are not monitored. We try to recover replies to these, but are not always successful and the best case scenario is that we'll take much longer to get back to you.
